They sent them quickly and there was barely any breakage. I also previously ordered two branches just to see if I liked them and one of the branches was lopsided. I requested for all these branches to be as straight as possible and was not really expecting them to listen, but they did!! All the branches were perfectly straight. I love this purchase!
